About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead medium- and high-complexity transformation projects
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, processes, and business outcomes
- Structure problems, identify root causes, and develop data-driven recommendations
- Apply problem-solving methodologies using hypotheses, structured analyses, and impact-based prioritization
- Design, test, and validate solutions through pilots, experiments, and proofs of concept
- Consider automation and artificial intelligence as part of the solutions
- Evaluate results, define success criteria, and support the scaling of validated solutions
- Lead forums, workshops, and cross-functional discussions
- Influence partner teams and stakeholders to adopt changes
- Monitor results, performance indicators, and benefits realization
- Prepare executive materials on diagnoses, recommendations, and results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Previous experience in projects or processes, consulting, PMO, continuous improvement, or related areas
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and executive presentation development
- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data for diagnosis, hypothesis validation, recommendation development, metric definition, and results monitoring
- Experience structuring problems, developing and validating hypotheses, identifying root causes, applying critical and analytical thinking, and using problem-solving methodologies
- Ability to identify opportunities in customer experience, value propositions, operational processes, and digital solutions
- Knowledge of automation and the use of artificial intelligence for continuous improvement
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, prioritizing opportunities, and managing stakeholders
- Ability to influence decisions without formal authority
