About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to the sales team, including sales consultants, store managers, divisional managers, and directors.
- Coordinate with all departments that interface with sales operations, including Finance, Infrastructure, Shared Services Center (SSC), Customer Service, Legal, vehicle registration and compliance, Distribution, Help Desk, Quality and Training, Transformation, and others.
- Manage the administrative team and processes for an entire sales division.
- Develop and monitor the performance of the division’s administrative team.
- Manage departmental KPIs and performance indicators.
- Propose performance improvement initiatives based on indicator analysis.
- Support sales operations by proposing and developing best practices and process improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing people.
- Experience with conflict mediation.
