About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate transportation remarketing activities
  • Handle the client insurance damage claim process
  • Support the Remarketing Manager with daily administrative tasks
  • Communicate regularly with clients and auction sites via AutoIMS and VRM
  • Escalate issues as needed
  • Place assignments in IMS from VRM according to the Task Report
  • Assign vehicles to the correct auction site
  • Monitor VRM for newly added assignments
  • Partner with the transportation team on daily tasks
  • Update transport status in VRM
  • Audit vehicles arriving at auction
  • Process and complete redemptions
  • Send vehicle releases to assigned recovery agents
  • Coordinate invoicing and payment activities with clients and auctions
  • Review invoices, approve payments, and submit them to accounting
  • Coordinate vehicle releases, transportation, and titles with auctions
  • Monitor AutoIMS automated emails and annotate communications in AutoIMS and VRM
  • Use AutoIMS, VRM, Centerpoint, and RDN to manage damage claims, redemptions, titles, and transportation processes
  • File client claims and gather required documentation
  • Update claim details in VRM for lien-holder visibility
  • Monitor claims and place vehicles on or off hold
  • Resolve unfinished tasks identified in daily VRM reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
  • One (1) year auto-finance, auto-auction, collections, or remarketing experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reading comprehension
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period
  • May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs
