About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle all luggage, baggage, packages, and similar items carefully and safely
- Maintain complete familiarity with room types, room amenities, and hotel facilities
- Provide hotel guests with information about rooms, amenities, and facilities
- Prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects with a sense of urgency
- Perform work with attention to detail
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience with bell services preferred
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn Property Management Systems required
- Familiarity with Opera, HOTSOS, and Alliant preferred
- Valid state-issued Driver’s License in good standing required to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull 75+ pounds repetitively throughout the shift
- Ability to withstand outdoor elements for long periods
