About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome guests to the hotel and provide parking information
- Ensure proper and safe traffic flow
- Store luggage for guests when guestrooms are not ready upon arrival
- Summon taxis for outbound guests and provide information about other transportation options
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry preferred
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn Property Management Systems required
- Familiarity with Opera, HOTSOS, and Alliant preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull 75+ pounds repetitively throughout the shift
- Ability to withstand outdoor elements for long periods
- Ability to perform continual bending, lifting, stooping, and pushing
