About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide prompt, efficient and professional food and beverage service
- Apply working knowledge of cash handling, inventory and food preparation procedures
- Maintain current knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation method, presentation, appearance and preparation time
- Monitor guests, anticipate needs, respond to requests and ensure satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Food and Beverage knowledge required
- Minimum 1 year of Starbucks Barista or comparable Coffee House experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required
