About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide prompt, efficient, and professional food and beverage service
- Apply working knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and food preparation procedures
- Prepare food item presentations according to guidelines and deliver them to guests
- Maintain current knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation method, presentation, appearance, and preparation time
- Monitor guests, anticipate needs, respond to requests, and ensure satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Food and Beverage experience preferred
- Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders, and guests required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift
