About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform all duties associated with the setup, delivery, and service of Room Service orders according to Loews Hotels standards
- Deliver and set up amenity presentations and provide service for functions in Hospitality Suites
- Check Room Service orders for accuracy and completeness before departing the kitchen
- Obtain proper charge authorization or payment for delivered orders
- Pick up soiled Room Service trays and carts from guestrooms and corridors as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards
- Prior experience in food service operation preferred
- Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders, and guests required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
