About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert overlay on Overwatch Elite opportunities, driving technical and compliance strategy for complex Managed Services deals.
Lead executive-level technical discussions and align customer business goals with managed security and compliance offerings.
Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure solutions are technically sound, compliant, and smoothly transitioned into active management.
Evaluate customer environments to identify vulnerabilities and future-state risks.
Design and present strategic roadmaps that mitigate risk and scale with customer growth.
Lead scoping and development of complex documentation to meet industry compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
Bridge operations, sales, and engineering for a unified approach to high-tier customer engagements.
Maintain knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations, and Logicalis policies.
Perform the role without supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
8-10 years experience in IT Security or related field.
Certifications listed: CISSP, CCA, CCIE.
Deep, hands-on background in systems, advanced networking, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Highly preferred to hold top-tier industry certifications and/or advanced networking and security credentials.
Proven track record in a solutions architecture, engineering SME, operations SME, or overlay role, specifically dealing with Managed Services and complex enterprise environments.
Strong working knowledge of major compliance frameworks and how to map technical controls to regulatory requirements.
Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to translate complex technical and compliance risks into clear business outcomes for C-level executives.
Ability to look beyond the immediate technical fix to architect long-term, secure, and compliant future-state environments.
Ability to interact successfully with all levels of client and IT provider organization.
