Key responsibilities & impact

Define and refine the global IT Target Operating Model blueprint, shifting from siloed/regional IT functions to a platform-centric and product-driven model
Lead alignment sessions with C-suite stakeholders to secure buy-in on ITOM design principles, North Star vision, and trade-offs
Establish global IT governance charters, decision rights (RACI), steering committee mechanisms, and business relationship management interfaces
Group applications and technology capabilities into Business and Tech Platforms, including SAP/ERP, ServiceNow, Data/AI, and Digital Portals
Assess organizational readiness, identify skill and role gaps, and define transition paths for key leadership and platform roles
Deliver the Future-State ITOM Structural Blueprint & Org Topology
Deliver the Global IT Decision Rights Matrix & Governance Framework
Deliver the Business & Tech Platform Capability Model
Deliver C-Suite Executive Alignment Packages & Strategy Memos
Bridge executive digital strategy with organizational structures and align platform delivery models across enterprise domains

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years in technology consulting or enterprise corporate IT leadership roles
At least 5 years leading global ITOM, IT transformation, or IT M&A/carve-out initiatives
Proven track record implementing platform-centric, product-led, or matrixed global IT operating models in multi-national industrial or complex corporate environments
Deep understanding of CMMI capability models, Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF), ITIL, and Agile governance at scale
Strategic gravitas, executive presence, and strong stakeholder management across global, regional, and country business units
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical discipline
Fluent English at C1/C2 level, mandatory for all deliverables
