About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of all process- and operations-related topics in customer implementations
Act as the interface between Solution Design, Operations, and IT
Support major intralogistics projects and assume sub-project responsibility for Process/Operations
Contribute to automation and innovation projects to enhance project quality
Expand and continuously develop process management
Capture, document, analyze, and optimize processes
Modularize and standardize logistics processes
Redesign processes or further develop existing workflows
Ensure high process quality in optimization, escalation, and change projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, or engineering, ideally with a focus on logistics
Relevant practical experience in intralogistics and managing interdisciplinary projects
Expertise in logistics processes, WMS implementations, and automation solutions
Confident use of BPMN for process modeling and proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of MTM or REFA is an advantage
Process-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a confident presence as a consultant and team player
Business-fluent German and English
Willingness to travel for project-related assignments
