About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the planning and management of projects in the contract logistics sector
Continuously monitor costs and financial performance
Lead interdisciplinary international teams comprising intralogistics, construction, IT, operations, and external partners
Manage change requests
Ensure the preparation and coordination of process documentation
Coordinate integration testing with customer systems
Take overall responsibility for investment management, project controlling, and risk management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on logistics
Relevant project experience in a comparable position
Experience with relevant project management tools; PRINCE2 certification or methodology experience is a strong advantage
Experience with logistics and operational processes
Knowledge of warehouse management system implementation
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel as required by projects (2–3 days per week)
