About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the purchasing portfolio for the Maintenance and Supplies areas supporting Logistics and Distribution Centers (DCs)
Negotiate and prepare contracts and documents, ensuring compliance with Lojas Renner S.A.’s strategy
Identify new suppliers and mitigate risks in accordance with company guidelines
Negotiate commercial terms aligned with budget assumptions and present commercial comparisons
Assess taxes and manage purchasing agreements and renewals as needed
Conduct strategic analyses of competitors, benchmarks, and best practices, providing the client area with an overview of relevant scenarios
Route contracts between Lojas Renner’s Legal team and the supplier’s Legal team through to signature
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams, facilitating the flow of information related to commercial contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in purchasing and/or sales negotiations, procurement, contract review, and project participation
Previous experience in retail or large-scale industries
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or others)
