About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain descriptive product listings for resale across the company’s digital channels, ensuring the quality and consistency of published information.
Update product images, colors, names, and descriptions in accordance with standards defined in partnership with the SEO and Style teams.
Ensure products are correctly activated and available across digital channels, with complete information and appropriate visibility.
Manage the publication of campaign items and special launches, ensuring all required fields are completed and scheduled deadlines are met.
Apply and review the tags and attributes required for campaigns, storefronts, and product merchandising strategies.
Monitor product availability and prepare status reports for management and brand teams.
Create fashion content for SEO, contributing to the quality of product descriptions and product discoverability across digital channels.
Support daily operations by making adjustments, replacing products, correcting inconsistencies, and handling urgent requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent command of Portuguese grammar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Organized, agile, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage information, deadlines, and multiple requests simultaneously.
Currently pursuing a college degree (preferred).
Spanish language skills (preferred).
Interest in fashion, e-commerce, and digital content (preferred).
Interest in content production, SEO, and product information management (preferred).
