About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support information security tools
- Handle tickets related to information security tools
- Develop the company’s knowledge base for security tools
- Train N1 and N2 teams to support these tools
- Monitor tool implementation projects
- Monitor and propose improvements to the use of security tools, as well as to partner services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Windows
- Knowledge of computer networking
- Basic knowledge of security tools such as antivirus software and proxies
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Spanish (a plus)
- Experience handling tickets and maintaining a knowledge base (a plus)
