About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct internal audit projects, including risk and control mapping, test execution, report writing, and presentation of results to the audited business units;
Perform analyses and support the development of automated monitoring solutions (continuous auditing), including the use of Generative AI;
Learn about and stay up to date on the businesses within the Lojas Renner Ecosystem, as well as standards and trends in the internal audit profession;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in auditing, preferably in process-focused internal audit. Experience at a Big Four audit firm is a plus;
Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (other academic backgrounds will also be considered);
Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO), Risk Management, and internal auditing standards (IIA);
Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with sound argumentation and presentation abilities;
Ability and interest in working as part of a team, pursuing career growth, and developing new skills;
