About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as one of the main points of contact between product supply/distribution operations and the commercial team.
- Communicate via email and telephone with stores, partner carriers, and Distribution Centers.
- Develop and monitor the department’s control tools and performance indicators.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Empathy and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to perform process-related routines and activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other company departments and external partners.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or Customer Service (preferred).
