About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the structuring, standardization, and evolution of inventory repositioning and transfer models
Develop analyses and studies to support strategic decisions related to product availability and inventory positioning
Build performance indicators, monitor results, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
Assess scenarios, trends, and business variables to support inventory replenishment and movement decisions
Work collaboratively with Product, Planning, Commercial, and Logistics teams, connecting data with business needs
Contribute to the advancement of decision-making models through structured analyses and data-driven recommendations
Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and operational efficiency gains
Explore new technologies and Artificial Intelligence applications that contribute to process optimization and increased productivity
Serve as a technical reference for data analytics applied to inventory management and Supply Chain

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Analytics, or related areas
Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
Advanced Excel skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Systems thinking and the ability to turn data into business recommendations
Interest in innovation, technology, and Artificial Intelligence applications in the corporate environment
Preferred: knowledge of Python, R, or VBA
Preferred: experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools
Preferred: experience with transformation, continuous improvement, or process automation projects
Preferred: experience in inventory management, demand planning, or replenishment
Preferred: experience with analytical modeling, optimization, or data-driven solutions
