About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and consolidate executive reports, dashboards, and presentations to track key Marketing performance indicators and initiatives
Plan, organize, and monitor the department’s meetings, routines, and governance activities, ensuring alignment across teams and adherence to timelines
Support governance of the digital asset management (DAM) platform, contributing to the organization, categorization, and availability of content for internal teams
Support initiatives related to risk management, compliance, and standardization of Marketing workflows
Ensure the quality, organization, and ongoing accuracy of the department’s information and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Processes, Production Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, formulas, data consolidation, and data processing
Strong ability to structure executive presentations and reports
Strong analytical skills and process-oriented thinking
Organized, detail-oriented, and planning-focused profile
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across different departments
Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools (a plus)
Experience with project management, governance, or corporate processes (a plus)
Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms (a plus)
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (a plus)
