Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor operational KPIs and processes, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities.
Conduct data analyses and diagnostics to support decision-making and problem resolution.
Prepare reports and communicate relevant insights to stores, regional teams, and corporate functions.
Track the progress of operational KPIs and action plans.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Contribute to the development of processes, KPIs, and monitoring tools.
Join the Operational Excellence team.
Monitor the execution of key operational processes across retail operations for physical stores, transforming data into actionable insights and supporting improvements in store and business-area performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed.
Experience in retail operations and knowledge of key store processes.
Analytical profile, with the ability to transform data into insights and improvement opportunities.
Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis, and results tracking.
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and organizational levels.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead alignment meetings and present analyses.
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis is a plus.
Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or other Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
Experience creating prompts and AI agents, as well as applying Artificial Intelligence to business processes, is a plus.
Knowledge of applied statistics, correlation analysis, regression, and trend identification is a plus.
Experience with Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Process Management initiatives is a plus.
Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis is a plus.
