About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full process for employee separations.
- Operate and monitor termination workflows through the FPW system.
- Calculate, review, and validate termination payments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines related to employment terminations.
- Liaise with partner areas including Payroll, Legal, Labor Relations, People Management, and business leadership.
- Ensure accurate termination documentation and proper record maintenance.
- Analyze and resolve employee-data and process inconsistencies.
- Monitor operational performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Support internal and external audits related to termination processes.
- Contribute to the review and standardization of departmental processes, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
- Previous experience in personnel administration, particularly employee termination processes.
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation applicable to employment terminations.
- Experience with HR management and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Experience in Shared Services Center (SSC) operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of or experience using the FPW system is a plus.
- Experience working at large companies with a high volume of employee transactions is a plus.
- Knowledge of operational metrics and continuous improvement is a plus.
