About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage lease agreements for Grupo Lojas Renner S.A., including Renner, Camicado, Youcom, Ashua, Repassa, logistics distribution centers, and administrative properties
Renegotiate contracts to secure discounts and cost reductions
Manage contract renewals, including commercial renewals and the withdrawal of renewal actions
Prepare property appraisal reports
Analyze and control the company’s occupancy costs
Review and financially audit contracts
Serve as the primary point of contact in the relationship between landlords/developers and internal clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Prior experience in real estate management, including lease agreements, payment of lease-related expenses, renewal actions, and sales
Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation, including IFRS 16 and tax reform
Ability to read and interpret contracts
Knowledge of Brazil’s Tenancy Law
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Basic knowledge of automation tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking, collaboration, flexibility, and proactivity
