About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Allocate products to stores
- Lead supply planning meetings with a cross-functional team
- Monitor controls to ensure activity targets are met according to plan
- Monitor KPIs and propose action plans to maintain balanced store inventory levels
- Track evaluation metrics, KPIs, and area management indicators
- Identify and propose operational improvements
- Partner with the Supply Planning team to control and balance inventory levels across stores
- Support the generation, analysis, and monitoring of data and KPIs
- Lead the planning process together with the brands through structured meetings
- Perform system-based allocation activities for products sold in Brazil and Latin America
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; programming knowledge is a plus
- Strong concentration and organizational skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, with strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and set and meet deadlines
