About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deploy and support laptops and peripherals for new and existing users, following team standards
  • Provision Windows 11 devices using Intune Autopilot and provide Tier 1 end-user support
  • Deliver clear, professional communication with customers, stakeholders, and service providers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deskside issues, escalating and tracking incidents as needed
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members, both on-site and remote
  • Ensure compliance with client IT security, technology standards, and service practices
  • Follow and model Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental policies and safe work practices
  • Support office technology such as printers, AV, video conferencing, and meeting room equipment
  • Participate in regional IT team collaboration to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in end-user support, service quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of IT support experience, including experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a Desktop Support Role
  • Knowledge of server operations, infrastructure, web interfaces, and remote access tools
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office O365
  • Experience with remote support
  • Experience with PC, printer hardware, VPN, and Citrix
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Ability to identify issues, escalate appropriately, and work to resolve them
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
