Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic leadership and direction for Long View’s corporate IT function, including systems, platforms, and governance
Collaborate with leaders across Long View to align IT strategy, priorities, and investments with business objectives
Advocate for corporate IT initiatives with the executive team and SVP, Global Services
Translate business strategy into a clear corporate IT roadmap and outcomes-based portfolio
Lead corporate IT financial planning and governance, including budgeting, forecasting, optimization, and investment prioritization
Establish performance expectations, success metrics, and accountability across corporate IT teams
Lead and develop leaders and team members through coaching, mentoring, and Career Life Planning
Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for corporate IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user services
Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of corporate IT services through effective operating rhythms and service management maturity
Partner with operational leaders to address gaps between technology capabilities and business needs
Align corporate security priorities, risks, and investment decisions with executive leadership and the Office of the CISO
Provide oversight of corporate IT security initiatives covering identity, endpoint, cloud, data protection, and resilience
Support compliance with ISO, SOC, and PCI requirements and ensure audit readiness
Coordinate corporate IT initiatives with executive requirements and enterprise architecture standards
Facilitate collaboration with SMEs and technical architects to design and deliver solutions and services
Enable cross-department technology alignment with SOC, NOC, OneCloud, and On-Demand Infrastructure
Lead governance practices aligning corporate IT initiatives with organizational, branch, and practice priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology roles, including senior leadership accountability
10+ years leading diverse, distributed teams with a track record of building leadership capability
Demonstrated success translating business strategy into IT roadmaps, operating models, and measurable outcomes
Strong understanding of enterprise IT including infrastructure, cloud, security, identity, and data management
Proven experience owning budgets, forecasting, cost optimization, and investment prioritization
Exceptional communication skills to influence executives and align stakeholders through clear narratives and data
Ability to operate in complex environments, make decisions with incomplete information, and manage risk
Ability to translate technical issues into business impacts, options, and recommendations
Strong relationship-building skills and trusted leadership
Willingness and ability to coach, mentor, and develop others
Ability to communicate value to the business leadership team
Confident, credible, and collaborative leadership
