About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direction on program delivery to support organizational and client vision
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement within the PMO
- Coach and mentor the PMO team and serve as a senior practice resource
- Perform technical interviews for potential PMO candidates
- Act as an escalation point and lead or assist in developing resolution plans
- Advocate for cross-branch and cross-practice alignment on project delivery excellence
- Provide insights on technology delivery
- Champion and advocate for Long View’s portfolio of offerings
- Serve as project manager and/or scrum master for high-profile customers
- Lead client-facing delivery engagements from initiation through go-live and hypercare
- Own project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer experience
- Lead cross-functional technical teams delivering ERP and IT initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in a program and/or project manager position focused on large-scale enterprise projects
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and project teams
- Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks
- Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams, and project leaders
- Strong team-oriented mindset with proven ability to lead complex IT projects
- Ability to produce documentation including schedule, budget, scope, and executive-level status reports
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Experience in consulting
- Scrum Master or equivalent certification
