About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support maintenance and updating of project schedules, milestone trackers, and development work plans
- Track permitting, land acquisition, interconnection, and development milestones
- Prepare weekly and monthly development reports, project dashboards, and portfolio summaries
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to collect project updates
- Maintain project records, data repositories, and development documentation
- Organize and track mapping requests, project exhibits, and spatial data
- Prepare materials for permitting applications, stakeholder meetings, and internal project reviews
- Track meeting action items and support follow-up coordination
- Research project development activities, permitting processes, and local requirements
- Support continuous improvement of project management, reporting, and document control processes
- Collaborate with Development, GIS, Engineering, Environmental, Real Estate, and Transmission teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate student at a 4-year college
- College junior entering senior year in Fall 2027
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Interest in the renewable energy industry
- Preferred major in Environmental Studies, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or an energy-related field
- Curiosity
- Self-starter
- Strong written and organizational skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Currently authorized to work in the United States
- Company does not sponsor applicants for work visas
- Cover letter highly preferred
