About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the IFRS Accounting Manager and Technical Accounting Manager
- Participate in the IFRS record-to-report process for one quarterly close during the July timeframe
- Assist with ad hoc requests for information from investors
- Implement an interactive AI tool to improve company-wide understanding of downstream accounting implications of contract initiation and negotiation
- Support technical accounting analyses as needed
- Participate in onboarding, structured work experience, mentoring, and exposure to department-specific and company-wide personnel and activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate student at a 4-year college
- College junior entering senior year in Fall 2027
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Preferred major of accounting; Finance and other related majors also considered
- Interest in the renewable energy industry
- Curiosity
- Self-starter
- Strong written and organizational skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
- The Company does not sponsor applicants for work visas
