About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop Loomis’ SafePoint product and solution configuration
Manage onboarding and implementation processes for specified client implementations
Deliver end-to-end implementation, resource scheduling, stakeholder communication, installation, implementation, and training of the SafePoint Solution
Study the product offering and implementation project plans and become a subject matter expert on SafePoint and its applications
Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and internal and external customer satisfaction
Apply project management, communication, and influence-management techniques to complete projects successfully
Coordinate SafePoint equipment logistics, including device allocation, shipment timing, delivery tracking, installation readiness, and inventory availability
Coordinate with Planning, Operations, vendors, and service partners to forecast deployment needs and align ordering schedules
Monitor purchase requests, order status, delivery commitments, backorders, and escalations
Maintain visibility into implementation inventory, including units on hand, committed, in transit, and inventory risks
Establish and maintain client relationships and identify additional ways Loomis can provide value
Manage vendors and support professional, efficient customer service
Complete special projects and other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Technical institute degree/certificate in Business, Computer Science, IS, or another related field, preferred
Equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of 5 years of operational process improvement experience required
Proven project management and quality systems implementation experience required
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel up to 10% required
Ability to influence management required
Experience coordinating logistics, inventory tracking, vendor ordering, or supply planning strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation schedules, equipment requirements, and vendor follow-ups simultaneously
