About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop Loomis’ SafePoint product and solution configuration
- Manage onboarding and implementation processes for specified clients’ implementations
- Report to the Implementation Specialist Manager
- Manage SafePoint logistics, equipment inventory coordination, vendor ordering, and planning alignment
- Own end-to-end implementation, resource scheduling, stakeholder communication, implementation process maintenance, installation, implementation, and training
- Study and understand the product offering and implementation project plan; become a Subject Matter Expert on SafePoint and its applications and permutations
- Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and internal and external customer satisfaction
- Apply project management skills to deliver comprehensive and problem-free solution implementations
- Use communication and influence management techniques to motivate co-workers, clients, and end-user customers
- Coordinate equipment allocation, shipment timing, delivery tracking, installation readiness, and inventory availability
- Work with Planning, Operations, Vendors, and service partners to forecast deployment needs and align ordering schedules with client implementation dates
- Monitor purchase requests, order status, delivery commitments, backorders, and escalations to prevent implementation delays
- Track inventory units on hand, committed to projects, in transit, and inventory risks
- Evaluate and improve how the product is sold, installed, and operated
- Establish and maintain client relationships and identify additional ways Loomis can provide value
- Manage vendor performance and support special projects assigned by Product Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or Technical institute degree/certificate in Business, Computer Science, IS, or other related field, preferred
- Equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 5 years of operational process improvement experience required
- Proven Project management and Quality systems implementation experience is required
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% is required
- Ability to influence management is required
- Experience coordinating logistics, inventory tracking, vendor ordering, or supply planning is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation schedules, equipment requirements, and vendor follow-ups simultaneously
