About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the process, timing, and coordination of customer-facing release collateral, including release notes, demo videos, demo scripts, and help/training content
- Track product team shipments and work backward from ship dates to ensure collateral is delivered on time
- Run and support Loopio's go-to-market enablement cadence
- Brief support, sales, and customer success teams on releases, changes, positioning, and demos
- Set and maintain quality standards for release collateral
- Design and measure customer awareness and adoption after releases
- Partner with mission team leads and product marketing to maintain consistent messaging and positioning
- Build and maintain internal agents and lightweight automation for release processes
- Contribute to positioning and messaging for Loopio product areas
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including battlecards, competitive FAQs, and objection-handling content
- Partner with customer marketing on proof points, case studies, and reference stories
- Support buyer and customer research through interviews, surveys, and win/loss input
- Support launch planning and go-to-market execution for larger initiatives
- Contribute to webinars, blog posts, sales decks, and other campaign content
- Monitor the competitive landscape and incorporate insights into marketing materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 4 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related go-to-market role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong writing and editorial judgment
- Ability to turn technical feature detail into clear, customer-ready narratives
- Experience coordinating writers, marketers, and video/demo creators
- Working familiarity with positioning, messaging, and launch planning
- Experience using Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, or similar AI tools to build workflows, automations, or agents
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Judgment to identify process gaps versus one-off exceptions
- Ability to operate across many teams without formal authority
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
- Must be based within 300 km of Toronto or Vancouver, or willing to relocate to one of these hubs
- Ability to collaborate across UK, India, and North America time zones
