About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end delivery of complex and high-value proposal responses
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- Serve as the internal Loopio Champion
- Maintain and optimize Library content, project templates, and workflows
- Train and onboard new users and advise stakeholders on effective Loopio usage
- Identify and advocate for platform features, integrations, and workflow improvements
- Write and edit proposal content for accuracy, consistent tone, and strategic positioning
- Set and evolve standards and playbooks for the Sales Response function
- Partner with Revenue Operations on performance reporting
- Lead continuous improvement, including SLA development, go/no-go adherence, and structured debriefs
- Represent Sales Response in cross-functional planning with Sales, Sales Enablement, and RFP Excellence leadership
- Contribute to RFP Excellence thought leadership initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in a Sales Proposal or Sales Response Manager role, including experience leading complex, high-stakes proposals
- Hands-on experience with Loopio or similar RFP automation software
- Interest in becoming a platform power user and champion
- Track record of driving process improvements and leading change within a response management or similar function
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines
- Analytical mindset with decisions grounded in data
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience hosting webinars is a bonus
- Comfort implementing and upholding brand standards across proposal content
- Sales or client-facing background is a nice-to-have
- Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area and be able to access the Downtown Toronto co-working space for occasional Sales Team get-togethers
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
