Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Track record of designing and launching MCP servers, APIs, and other integrations connecting systems, ideally in an enterprise B2B SaaS context
  • Working knowledge of API design, MCP server architecture, authentication, data contracts, and versioning
  • Working knowledge of LLMs and agent frameworks
  • Technical credibility with engineering without needing to write code
  • Proficiency using AI tools for research, artifact building, prototyping, and specification building
  • Strong product judgment for developers, partners, and enterprise customers
  • Strong product discovery, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Metrics-driven approach to defining and measuring success
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and results-oriented
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
  • Willingness to work from or relocate to an Ontario or British Columbia hub, within a 300 km radius of Toronto or Vancouver
  • No specific years-of-experience threshold is required
