About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead deployments for the company's largest customers
- Align customer executives and engineers on priorities and success criteria
- Own strategic accounts after launch, including Concierge performance, product usage, retention, and account growth
- Investigate product improvements, build and deploy production fixes, and set deployment direction with the Forward Deployed Engineer
- Identify new customer use cases and build expansion cases
- Guide deployments through procurement, security, and legal reviews
- Coach Forward Deployed Product Managers and create playbooks and tools
- Provide Product with evidence-backed customer problems and follow them through shipment
- Use Coach and Claude Code to investigate issues, test changes, and ship improvements
- Help shape management of the company's largest customers as Lorikeet grows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of owning high-stakes customer outcomes in account leadership, product, consulting, forward-deployed roles, or as a founder
- Trusted relationships with enterprise customer executives
- Experience growing accounts through renewals and expansions
- Experience working at a startup or scale-up
- Experience building with AI
- Ability to investigate API documentation, conversation logs, and usage data
- Experience improving teams through people management or systems-building
- Bonus: experience in fintech, healthcare, or another regulated industry
- Bonus: experience shaping product roadmaps with customer evidence
- Bonus: experience deploying AI products tied to measurable business outcomes
- Ability to work in the location of the role, with visa sponsorship or transfer requirements addressed in the application
