About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consolidate demand for new operations and size the required resources using short- and medium-term capacity models that integrate routes, assets, drivers, and performance
- Develop implementation schedules and operational plans, structuring the preparation, implementation, and stabilization phases
- Anticipate fleet, driver, and equipment gaps and define reinforcement, reallocation, or scheduling adjustments
- Validate the feasibility of transport schedules, aligning executable timelines with the Scheduling, Control, and DCC teams
- Analyze alignment between planned and actual performance and the causes of deviations, directing rescheduling efforts and structural improvements
- Structure databases, KPIs, and reports on capacity, utilization, and projections in collaboration with the Digital team
- Lead the evolution of planning methodologies and tools by standardizing models, proposing automations, and incorporating lessons learned into playbooks
- Align demand assumptions, time windows, and operational constraints with customers, terminals, and partners
- Guide analysts and field teams on planning and capacity guidelines, aligning priorities and playbooks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in logistics and transportation operations
- Experience in operational planning, capacity sizing, or logistics operation implementation, including team guidance
- Capacity planning and sizing
- Development of operational schedules and playbooks
- Implementation project management
