About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure KPIs and performance review routines for new operations, defining indicators, targets, and visual management practices
- Monitor service levels and productivity, analyzing variances, identifying root causes, and supporting teams with action plans
- Lead cost, volume, and capacity optimization by evaluating operational scenarios and proposing adjustments that improve efficiency without compromising service levels
- Lead medium-complexity continuous improvement projects by mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and tracking results with field operations, DCC, and other departments
- Standardize and support the digitalization of operational processes, documenting implemented improvements
- Develop training programs and promote a culture of continuous improvement, strengthening operations teams’ autonomy in problem-solving
- Consolidate performance reports for leadership, organizing data and indicators clearly to support decision-making during the ramp-up phase
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Knowledge of performance indicators, data analysis, or process improvement in logistics operations
- KPI development and management
- Data analysis and advanced Excel skills
- BI tools (Power BI or similar)
- Cost and capacity analysis
