About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and qualify strategic partners and suppliers of road equipment, tractor units, and logistics assets, leading technical and commercial negotiations
Conduct operational, technical, energy, and economic feasibility studies for new routes and operations
Design logistics corridors aligned with energy infrastructure, taking into account fueling, electric charging, asset range, and operational constraints
Serve as a technical reference for logistics infrastructure, fueling, tracking, and electromobility
Manage special transport permits (AETs), regulatory documentation, contracts, and insurance for routes and assets
Monitor the implementation and stabilization of field operations
Define and monitor logistics performance indicators, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions
Support the Coordinator in project implementation governance through PMO practices, managing schedules, risks, scope, and action plans
Prepare reports and executive presentations to provide visibility into project status and support leadership decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in route development, transportation operations, or logistics partner/asset management
Expertise in route modeling and optimization, transportation legislation, special transport permits (AETs), and regulatory documentation
Knowledge of contract and insurance management, fueling and electric charging infrastructure, and operational tracking
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Availability to travel
