About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the operational and merchandising engine behind the franchise and wholesale business
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for partner order queries, operations, and marketing
  • Support partners in executing marketing plans and coordinate asset delivery, campaigns, and timing
  • Lead quarterly buying sessions, curate styles, prepare buy sheets, and ensure order placement
  • Review assortment planning recommendations with Merchandising and VM teams for new store and online launches
  • Provide partners with operational tools and training to uphold brand, customer experience, and retail operations standards
  • Coordinate with IT and Operations on website operations
  • Build annual growth plans, sell-in/sell-out and inventory targets
  • Lead monthly business reviews using performance dashboards and data-driven insights
  • Own partner P&Ls, annual budgets, and quarterly sales plans
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding, including account setup, store launch, and post-launch support
  • Manage store opening timelines, capex, store design coordination, first-buy ordering, and new online channel launches
  • Coordinate store design execution and act as commercial liaison for partner requirements and timelines
  • Build cross-functional project briefings for new store and market opportunities
  • Run market-entry pilots
  • Manage seasonal collection launch timelines
  • Develop, document, and implement SOPs across departments
  • Maintain the operations manual and consolidated performance dashboards
  • Manage administrative processes including P&Ls, invoicing, and contract milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in retail/wholesale operations, buying, merchandising, or franchise/partner management in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong merchandising instinct and hands-on experience curating assortments, running buying sessions, and balancing brand vision with partner appetite and sell-through potential
  • Ability to build SOPs, operations manuals, and scalable systems from scratch
  • Experience with inventory management, retail supply chain, or partner/franchise enablement
  • Experience owning P&Ls, budgets, and quarterly sales plans
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management across Merchandising, VM, Marketing, PMO/Retail Design, and IT/Ops
  • Familiarity with reporting/dashboarding tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Self-starter with high ownership, structured thinking, integrity, and strong follow-through
  • Collaborative, humble teammate who thrives on building efficient systems and is eager to learn
