About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead warehouse system projects, including WMS/ERP enhancements and integrations.
Manage operational reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance analysis across sites.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Support global warehouse transformations, site launches, and process standardisation.
Lead and develop a small team, providing coaching and prioritising project delivery.
Partner closely with Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Master Data, and the Head of Warehousing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in warehouse operations, system implementations, or process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems, with experience in integrations.
Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
Leadership experience with small teams and ability to influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Desirable: Experience with WMS, including implementation or enhancements, and ERP systems such as NetSuite.
Desirable: Experience with APIs / EDI and multi-country / multi-3PL operations.
Desirable: Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies.
Desirable: Formal project management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
