About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of customers within a designated territory
  • Achieve sales goals while anticipating trends in customer growth
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Oversee, build out, execute and maintain strategic sales plans to grow portfolios year over year
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver profitable results and customer satisfaction
  • Build and develop relationships with local owners, managers, operators and service providers
  • Generate new business with end users and key decision makers
  • Plan, schedule and lead daily meetings with customers
  • Maintain accurate customer activities and opportunities using company customer relationship tools

  • Participate in company-directed training, sales/business meetings, trade shows, conferences and conventions
  • Analyze data, recognize trends and build sales strategy using company tools
  • Recognize and communicate the competitive landscape within assigned markets

  • Understand customer needs and schedule ongoing proactive follow-ups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 2 years' experience in MRO sales or B2B sales
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 2 years’ Outside Sales Experience within MRO or B2B sales preferred
