About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Visit customers’ homes to conduct consultations and evaluate project needs
  • Recommend personalized solutions for doors, windows, and window treatments
  • Present product options and address customer questions

  • Manage appointments, follow up on leads, and meet sales targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass an MVR check per company standards
  • Obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of starting, if required by the applicable state or municipality
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in face-to-face sales or commission-based sales
  • Availability to work flexible hours Tuesday through Saturday
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms or systems preferred
  • Experience utilizing tablets or similar technology preferred
