About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with the Strategic Partnerships team to understand stakeholders, job scope, and timing
  • Prepare for site walks by completing pre-call planners
  • Walk sites and validate project scope, product needs, business channel solutions, installation service opportunities, quantities, selections, scope, and job cadence
  • Process simple quotes, orders, and returns through calls, email, fax, and other external means
  • Inform customers of sales promotions and suggestively sell product lines
  • Resolve product or service questions and determine solutions within standard company timelines
  • Partner with shipping, receiving, and transportation teams to troubleshoot issues and communicate with outside sales or external customers
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with internal and external customers
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customer quotes, order placement, product sourcing, shipment tracking, and other Strategic Partnerships requests
  • Send, receive, and respond to questions from Pro Customers, Stores, and Lowe’s subsidiaries regarding quote and order details
  • Use defined systems and processes to provide project updates and a best-in-class customer experience
  • Support peers and leaders with other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 3 years of relevant professional sales experience required
  • 1 year of construction experience with a strong sales background
  • High level of verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of blueprints and technical skills
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
