About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and execute complex projects supported by the Strategic Partnerships team
  • Identify customer needs and provide comprehensive customer solutions from project start to completion
  • Generate quotes, source products, track shipments, and process orders and returns
  • Understand stakeholders, job scope, and project timing
  • Prepare for site walks by completing pre-call planners
  • Walk sites and validate project scope, product needs, business channel solutions, installation service opportunities, quantities, selections, scope, and job cadence
  • Process simple quotes, orders, and returns through incoming calls, email, fax, and other external means
  • Inform customers of sales promotions and suggestively sell product lines
  • Resolve product or service questions and determine the best solution within standard company timelines
  • Partner with shipping, receiving, and transportation to fact-find and troubleshoot issues
  • Communicate with outside sales and external customers regarding issues
  • Act as the single point of contact for Strategic Partnerships team requests, including quotes, order placement, product sourcing, and shipment tracking
  • Respond to Pro Customers, Stores, and Lowe’s subsidiaries regarding quote and order details
  • Leverage defined systems and processes to provide project updates and a best-in-class customer experience
  • Support peers and leaders with other duties as assigned and required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree Business or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 3 Years relevant professional sales experience required
  • 1 Year construction experience with a strong sales background
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of blueprints and technical skills
  • Basic computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
