About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate administrative and logistical activities related to language training and evaluations, including onboarding, scheduling, bookings, assignments, changes, follow-ups, and other training milestones
- Coordinate communications and required information to ensure learners and other stakeholders are prepared throughout the training journey
- Provide administrative and operational support to learners, tutors, evaluators, and client contacts
- Respond to operational, scheduling, platform, and process-related questions, resolving issues when possible and escalating specialized issues to the appropriate team
- Monitor relevant training activities and requirements, follow up when action is needed, and help minimize disruptions to training
- Maintain accurate learner, training, and evaluation information across applicable systems and tools
- Follow established procedures and service standards while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and the stakeholder experience
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and support the effective delivery of training and evaluation services
- Perform other related operational and administrative duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma, DEC/DEP, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree is an asset
- At least one year of experience in an administrative, operations, customer service, educational, or related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and digital platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and escalate issues appropriately
