About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate administrative and logistical activities related to language training and assessments, including learner onboarding, scheduling, bookings, assignments, changes, follow-ups, and other key steps in the training journey.
  • Coordinate the communications and information required to ensure that learners and other stakeholders are well prepared throughout their training journey.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to learners, trainers, assessors, and client contacts.
  • Respond to questions related to operations, schedules, platforms, and processes; resolve issues whenever possible and escalate situations requiring specialized expertise to the appropriate team.
  • Monitor relevant training activities and requirements, conduct necessary follow-ups, and help reduce interruptions or delays in training delivery.
  • Keep learner, training, and assessment information up to date in the systems and tools used.
  • Follow established procedures and service standards while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and the stakeholder experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and support the efficient delivery of training and assessment services.
  • Perform other related administrative or operational duties as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma (DEC), vocational diploma (DEP), or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a bachelor’s degree is an asset.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative, operational, customer service, education, or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and escalate issues to the appropriate parties when necessary.
