About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct penetration testing and related security assessment activities across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments
Manage the full lifecycle of security engagements, including kick-off meetings, testing, reporting, and client debrief sessions
Produce thorough, high-quality technical reports communicating findings and recommendations
Develop and maintain strong consultative client relationships
Mentor Associate Security Consultants and provide guidance when required
Lead small to medium-sized security projects
Provide technical analysis and commentary on current cybersecurity events and emerging threats when requested
Deliver cybersecurity assurance, certification, inspection, training, and risk-management services for LRQA clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in IT security
Experience performing web and application security testing
Experience performing infrastructure security testing
Experience with cloud security assessments using AWS and/or Azure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a high-performing team
Professional certification such as CREST CRT, OSCP, or an equivalent cybersecurity certification
Minimum of 12 months of relevant IT security industry experience within the last 2 years
Experience with container security and containerized environments is desirable
Ability to pass applicable pre-employment checks, including identity, right-to-work, employment history, education, and criminal-record verification where applicable
