About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead high-impact consulting engagements and deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex consulting projects, ensuring strategic alignment, timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
- Apply subject matter expertise to solve complex challenges and lead technical delivery
- Mentor colleagues and build team capability through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing
- Design and lead applied research initiatives and generate evidence-based insights
- Build and sustain relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through client engagement and market insight
- Lead proposal development and contribute to thought leadership activities
- Develop and refine consulting products and services

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree (or higher) or equivalent qualification in a discipline relevant to business and human rights
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience within at least two advisory topic areas: human rights due diligence, stakeholder engagement, human rights, legal analysis, and complex supply chains
- Extensive experience delivering complex and sensitive projects across diverse contexts
- Expert-level knowledge in human rights due diligence
- Deep understanding of key client sectors
- Experience managing complex stakeholder engagement processes and building trust and buy-in through communication and collaboration
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences
- Skilled in producing high-quality documentation and client-facing outputs
- Successful candidates may undergo pre-employment checks, including verification of identity, right to work, employment history, education, and criminal records where applicable
