About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the long-term vision and multi-quarter AI product strategy for LTK’s proprietary ML models, agent infrastructure, and evaluation systems
- Work directly with Machine Learning and Data Science teams to translate customer problems into model capabilities and experiments
- Shape data quality, coverage, and feedback loops that improve model performance
- Partner with Engineering on model selection, retrieval, tool use, and build-versus-buy decisions
- Balance product quality, reliability, latency, and cost
- Define how agents understand customer goals and act on their behalf, including tools, information access, approvals, customer control, and overrides
- Build privacy, transparency, and appropriate human oversight into AI experiences
- Own product evaluation and launch criteria
- Build representative evaluation datasets, investigate failures, and monitor production quality
- Raise AI evaluation standards across LTK and evolve shared frameworks, tools, and quality standards
- Help other Product Managers build effective evaluations and strengthen launch readiness and production monitoring
- Partner with Product leads to identify high-value AI opportunities for creators, brands, and consumers
- Translate customer needs into opportunities for models, agent capabilities, and shared infrastructure
- Validate impact and bring AI capabilities into customer-facing products
- Champion responsible AI development
- Influence senior leaders and shape LTK’s long-term AI opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience owning complex technical products and multi-quarter strategy
- Demonstrated influence on product direction and business outcomes across teams
- Experience shipping and improving AI/ML products in production, including LLM applications, AI agents, or model-backed workflows
- Measurable customer adoption and business impact from AI/ML products
- Strong technical fluency and experience working directly with ML engineers and applied scientists
- Experience defining model requirements, guiding experiments, and translating results into product decisions
- Concrete contributions involving model behavior, system architecture, data quality, reliability, latency, and cost
- Deep expertise evaluating AI-powered products, including non-deterministic model and agent behavior
- Experience building evaluation frameworks and investigating failure patterns
- Hands-on experience using prototypes, evaluation tools, and data analysis
- Strong product judgment and ability to balance innovation with business priorities and technical constraints
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing strategic product and investment decisions
- Understanding of responsible AI product development, including reliability, privacy, safety, transparency, and appropriate human oversight
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to seize opportunities and move with urgency
- Dedication to prioritization and operational excellence
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback
