About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in concept development by creating assets, layouts, color palettes, typography, and digital illustrations
  • Execute graphic design concepts with increasing independence and support senior designers on complex projects
  • Create original artwork aligned with seasonal trends and brand aesthetics
  • Prepare final production files, mockups, and apparel application specifications
  • Partner with Design to ensure cohesive seasonal storytelling
  • Research design, cultural, and social media trends to inform creative direction
  • Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams
  • Use Miro and other digital collaboration tools to brainstorm, present, and iterate on ideas
  • Manage multiple projects according to design guidelines and timelines
  • Prepare and present trend and inspiration boards
  • Maintain digital libraries, reference materials, and design archives
  • Adapt approved artwork across applications according to the corporate calendar
  • Support seasonal design presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience designing graphics for men's and women's apparel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Ability to create innovative, brand-right graphic concepts and typographic solutions
  • Strong illustration and sketching skills
  • Understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and design fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Catalyst Brands’ customer demographics and brand positioning
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with digital collaboration tools such as Miro
  • Ability to maintain regular in-office presence within the company’s hybrid work structure
