Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar-volume apparel business (preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • May require occasional travel to other store locations and attendance at district meetings
  • Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and pursue personal growth and development
